Why people are Unable to loose Fat

Each one of us wants to be fit and in shape....


Some guys are unable to loose fat...inspite of going gym and doing regular workouts....



This is due to following things they have not considered:

1. No Breakfast: The people think that lesses they eat thinner they get. But it is not so....
Missing meals,, Specially breakfast... Breakfast is quite important. Missing breakfast results in lowered metabolism. Lower the metabolism lower will be energy consumptiom of your body. You will feel tired and less energetic whole day. The lowered metabolism rate means that you fat is not going to burn.
Further by missing breakfast your hunger will increase and you will eat more in lunch/Dinner.



2. Increase no. of meals: Taking more meals will help you loose fat. Eating less in more meals increase metabolism, while eating more in single meal will increase your fat. So take more meals.

3. Not just focus on abs/belly exercies: Most of our body fat gets accumulated over belly. So people start focussing over belly exercies, abs exercises. But it will not help your....
To reduce fat you will have to increase metabolism of your body and it cant be done just by doing abs exercies. You need to do aerobic, Cardios for loosing fat.... So hit the ground and you will see results....

Doing just abs exercies will further bulge out your tummy.....>>> This is due to reason that abs are located below the belly fat. If you just do abs exercies the abs muscles will grow but fat of belly will not get burned. Which means ur tummy will further comeout...

4. Eat Protien food: Eating food contaning protiens will reduce your hunger... The fatty food increases hunger. So oily, psicy food should be avoided if you want to get in shape.

5. Drink lots of water: The water is essesntial for body. Drinking sufficient amount of water will regulate your body functions and help you reduce fats.....
