Diet Plan for Getting Gud Body



U cant get body into shape without exercies but equally important is Diet Plan. Wrong diet Plan Means ur efforts get useless:

Here some diet Plan Tips:

1. Eat food with proper intervals, dont miss a meal.

2. Take Beans after exercies.... Non-veg ones can take 2-3 eggs after exercise.... Banana are also useful

3. Regularly take juice.(Specially orange juice).

4. Not just focus on ur diet after and before exercies but pay attention whole day.

5. Use of milk, butter, Ghee is quite useful in gaining mass. U can add 2-3 spoons of Ghee into  milk.... fatty one can use honey with milk in place of sugar...

6. Junk food should be avoided by people who have excess fat.



7.Spicy food should also be avoided.

8. Increase pulses in ur diet..

9. Regularly take fruits.

10. Enough water should be taken....

11. Supplements available in market should not be taken and if necessary than take advice of experts,,, dont go behind adds....
