Loosing Fat

Obesity has becomemajor problem in todays world,,
This is all because of fats life, junk food habits, incomplete nutrition, no exercises....
Once u get fat in your body it is hard loose and is serious problem

But dont worry here are few tips to loose fat:

1. Add running to your routine(15mins)/or atleast walk for about 30 mins.

2. Take proper diet, dont miss ur meals, not taking food is no solution to obesity, as u miss meal u will consume excess food in next meal.

3. Take orange juice regularly.



4. Take honey with luke wark water daily, after dinner.

5. Donot consume oily food, eat protien rich food, it will help in controlling appetite.

6. Do yoga early in morning, if u donot have much time do atleast Lom-vilom, Kapalbharti followed by stretching exercies.

7. Add roughage to your diet.

8. Avoid us eof vechicles whenever possible,.

9. Go for tracking atleast once in month.

10. If u have time to go to gym, than it will be very best, go to gym and start with warm-up followed by exercies, Take eggs to reduce apetite after gym

11. Eat whole-grain food
