Some times u give command nd u want 2 cancel it, usually it gets cancelled but sometimes the error occurs when u cancel command nd printer never stops even if u turn it off and begins 2 reprint when u turn it on......
To solve this problem cancel/delete all commands by going to printer from control panel and turn off printer power, not just switch on printer but from socket point,,,,, wait for Offline status on computer,,,, nd u done......
if still problem is not removed , delete printer from control panel and reinstall(U need not 2 do install/uninstaal with software, just do it in hardware n printers option)
